• How can I tell if the item I want is available at my local store?
Our inventory may vary by store location. Contact the store nearest you and a representative will work with you to find the products you want. C.M. City can also special order items for you.

• How do I find details about technical specs and/or dimensions?
Our website contains specific product descriptions including dimensions and features. If you still have questions about a product, contact your nearest store and a representative can help you with this information.

• Do you offer new products?
Yes. We offer new, brand name items including GE, Ashley, Hotpoint, Acer, LG and Sharp.

• Do you have previously rented products available?
We offer previously rented furniture, appliances, computers and electronics, often at a significant discount. All items are cleaned and inspected before being made available for purchase.

• What is needed to approve my application?
At C.M. City there is never a credit check. To approve your application, you will need to bring in proof of income, such as a pay stub, proof of residence, which can be a lease or utility bill in your name, and four personal references. Once your information is verified, we’ll deliver your item, usually the same day.

• Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard.

• What if I want to upgrade?
At C.M. City you are never obligated to keep a product. If you ever want to upgrade your item to something newer or with more features, you can simply return your current item and we’ll deliver your upgrade.

• What if I want to pay off an item early?
You can always pay off your item early and receive a discount on your remaining balance.

• What if I have to make a late payment?
We understand that unforeseen things happen. If you ever need to make a payment late, contact your store as soon as possible and we’ll work with you.

• What if I need to return an item or I can no longer make my payments?
If you ever need to return an item, you can with no obligation. You also have the option to return for that or a comparable item at any time with no loss of credit. Simply pick up your payments where you left off.

• What if my item breaks?
If an item breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair it quickly at no additional cost. If more extensive repairs are needed, we'll provide you with a loaner while you wait.
